Laru Beya is a full service, beach front resort located on the Placencia Peninsula in southern Belize with a wide selection of rooms and villas to choose from. All of our accommodations feature ceiling fans and air conditioning.
All villas are quite spacious and include a full kitchen, dining and living area. You can choose one of our upper level villas and enjoy a spectacular view of the Caribbean from your private balcony or go all the way to the top and enjoy a Penthouse Villa with your own private roof top Jacuzzi.
Garden View
With these standard rooms you have a choice of the first or second floor and will enjoy a beautiful view of our tropical gardens and swimming area while still being only a few feet from the ocean.
Ocean View
These standard rooms come with a view of the ocean as well as our tropical gardens and pool area.
Penthouse Standard
For that romantic honeymoon or the exotic weekend, enjoy this third floor room with ocean and sunset views and when the sun goes down, climb your own private stairway to the roof and catch a sky full of stars and the moon dancing off the water from your own private rooftop Jacuzzi.

Junior Villa
All Junior Villas are spacious one bedroom ocean front accommodations that come beautifully furnished with a king size bed, complete kitchen, dining and living area. Choose between the first or second floor and enjoy a great ocean view from your private balcony. 1st floor or 2nd floor.
Grand Villa
The Grand Villas are spacious two bedroom, two bathroom villas (ocean front master bedroom plus a Garden view room) that come beautifully furnished with a king size bed, complete kitchen, dining and living area. You may choose between a queen size bed or two doubles in the second bedroom, with availability. 1st floor or 2nd floor
Grand Villa Plus
The Grand Villas Plus are spacious two bedroom, two bathroom Grand Villas but with an ocean front master bedroom and an ocean view second room.
Family Villa
The Family Villa is our three bedroom villa with a complete kitchen, dining and living area. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a Jacuzzi with an ocean front view. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with an ocean/garden view. Additional beds can be added to the second bedroom upon request.
Penthouse Villas .......includes private roof top Jacuzzi !!!
We offer Penthouse Junior Villas (one bedroom) and Penthouse Grand Villas (two bedrooms). Villas on the third floor, both come with all amenities as well as private roof top balconies with Jacuzzis. These are perfect for a couple on their honeymoon or some friends sharing a great vacation.
