Resort Deposit/Cancellation Policy
- Exotic Belize Tours hold resort/s or agent/s responsible to collect all payments from guests unless we agree to collect payment from guests directly.
- Cancellation must be called in 24 hours prior to trip departure.
- 12 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 12 hours prior to departure will receive 100% cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel any trip prior to departure under circumstances that may make operations of the trip inadvisable. All trip payments, which were received, will be promptly refunded.
