Resort Deposit/Cancellation Policy
- A 25% deposit is required on the total net amount upon booking a tour or package. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is made 30 days or less prior to arrival, then full payment is required upon booking.
- For Packages: Prices are per person, based on double occupancy and in US dollars. Packages do not include bar items or guide tips. If you are staying at a resort all packages do not include lunches or dinners. Lunches are included on all full day tours. No refunds on unused portion of any of the packages.
- A full refund (less administration fee of US$150.00) will be granted if cancellation is received up to 60 days prior to arrival. 60 up to 45 days, prior to arrival, 50% refund. 45 days or less prior to arrival, no refund
